You’ll travel to farms and packhouses, map real workflows, and translate them into sharp articles, platform-ready posts, and video scripts in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Job Description
Content Writer & Marketing Storyteller
Location: Pune (On-site + Field)
What you’ll do
· Collect data on post-harvest supply chains in fresh produce and create reports that can be shared like a newsletter
· Report from the field: meet farmers, exporters, and operators; map their processes (grading, sorting, cold chain) and capture quotes, data, and visuals.
· Write and edit: posts, short blogs, reports, product descriptions and customer stories
· Script and produce: outlines and scripts for videos; collaborate on shoots; guide edits to keep stories tight and factual.
· Turn complexity into clarity: translate technical inputs into simple narratives with a clear “so what” for buyers, partners, and media.
· Own distribution: publish, cross-post, repurpose, and track performance
· Work on marketing strategies
· Build digital distribution channels
Requirements
· Have 1-3 years of experience in a content or news reporting role in agriculture
· Preferably from an agri background or journalism but with an experience in agriculture
· Should be able to write clean, vivid copy in English, Marathi, and Hindi;
· Should be comfortable interviewing diverse stakeholders.
· Can travel across Maharashtra, Gujarat and other states; phone-camera confident; basic editing is a plus.
CTC: ₹2.8–3.6 LPA
