Sales & Collection Management:

Dealer/Distributor Network Management:
Build, expand, and strengthen dealer/distributor network for business growth.
Monitor secondary sales, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
Support partners with regular visits, engagement, and business reviews.
Achievement of Business Budget:
Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Track and analyze sales performance against budgeted targets.
Identify new opportunities for market penetration and business expansion.
Market & Customer Development:
Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Conduct promotional activities, product demos, and dealer meets.
Proficient in sales planning, forecasting, and execution.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to monitor sales data and collections.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Graduate/MBA (preferred) with specialization in Sales/Marketing.
2–5 years of experience in channel sales / territory management.
Experience in Farm Input sector will be an added advantage.
