Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Campus Dekho.AI in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies. The role also involves conducting market research, creating sales pitches, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth.
Job Description
- Network with Institutions, Colleges and Universities, meeting key decision makers, Top authority for Business Tie-ups & work towards execution of MOU.
- Establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top universities, colleges, tuition centers, other educational centers, etc.
- Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development.
- Handling B2B sales, Key account Management & Collection functions for the territory.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing Partners and clients in person via calls and emails & meetings.
- Responsible for achieving sales & collection targets (monthly, quarterly and annually).
Must Have Skills :
- Qualification: Graduation is a must.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years or Fresher (MBA Only)
- Excellent Communication skills & possess a decent personality.
- Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the education industry or EdTech sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
