Job Description

As an Agri Advisor at our Agriculture Input E-commerce Platform in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our platform users. Your knowledge and expertise in agronomy, product offerings, and farmer advisory services will help farmers make informed decisions on agricultural inputs. This position is vital in ensuring that our customers receive the best recommendations and solutions for their farming needs.

Skills:

  • Agronomy Expertise: Strong understanding of crop production, soil health, and pest management.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other agri-inputs.
  • Farmer Advisory Skills: Ability to provide personalized guidance and recommendations to farmers.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management.

  • Understanding of digital platforms and e-commerce trends in the agriculture sector.
  • Proven track record of providing quality advisory services to farmers.
  • Certification or training in agronomy or related fields is a plus.

    Desirable Attributes:
  • Fluency in regional languages spoken in Maharashtra.
  • Experience working with smallholder farmers or rural communities.

    Job Responsibilities:
