Trainee Business Officer

Lactinova Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Trainne Business Officers to drive the sales and market development of Lactinova Cattle Feed in assigned territories.

The role involves developing new markets, appointing and managing distributors, expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, strengthening channel relationships, and increasing brand visibility. The Business Officer will also be responsible for market intelligence, competitor analysis, customer feedback, and developing innovative sales strategies to grow the business.

Experience:- Fresher  to  5 Years 
Age Limit:- 22-30 Years
Monthly Salary:- 21150/- Fixed CTC + 12500/- Variable +TA 3.25 per km
Qualification:- Preference to MBA (Sales/Marketing) / B.Sc. (Agriculture) / Any Graduate.

Business Officer Job Description:
•    Developing potential market for Cattle Feed, distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers and analyse competitors ' activities, increase brand value as well as market value of Lactinova Cattle Feed.
•    Appointment & development of Distributors channels.
•    Achieving the targets and goals set in your area.
•    Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
•    Servicing the needs of our existing customers.
•    To increase business opportunities through various routes of the market.
•    Developing innovative higher sales strategies.
•    Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
•    Customer feedback and market research.
