Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting people with career opportunities and possess strong organizational and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Assist in offer negotiations and manage candidate communications.

  • Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Work closely with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs.

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sourcing and screening abilities.

  • Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for [IT/Non-IT/Manufacturing/NGO – customize as needed].

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
