We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting people with career opportunities and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist in offer negotiations and manage candidate communications.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in recruiting for [IT/Non-IT/Manufacturing/NGO – customize as needed].
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
